Check for Missing Spare Ways

Checks the current drawing for both multi spare ways and ways that have been incorrectly labelled as spare.

The first check returns a list of all currently unused multi ways where at least one way of the multi has already been assigned to a lighting device. If you have a spare way object in your resource manager, you are given the option to insert one for each missing spare way above the corresponding Multi Fan Out.

Secondly, the command checks every spare way object already on the plan and reports any that are in fact in use.
